What’s being decided?

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NAHLN) Strategic Plan 2020-25 reflects our vision of providing our community with the best possible health and wellbeing throughout their life. It sets the direction for the delivery of health services to the communities of the north and north-eastern Adelaide region.

The plan identifies six strategic imperatives which will guide the key priorities to support the delivery of our vision, which include:

  • Inclusive culture
  • Service Design
  • Digitally smart
  • Sustainability
  • Exceptional people
  • Partnering
